I kid you not! Here is how this bedtime conversation just went:
Kayley: (at bedtime) "I want to sleep w/my dress on like I did before."
Me: (joking) "Oh whatever, since when? On what planet did you ever sleep w/your dress on instead of jammies?"
Kayley: (looking at me like I'm an idiot) "On Earth...the planet we live on..."
Seriously!
Where does she LEARN this StuFF?!?!?
She's only 3!!!
(Ok, so I did teach her about Earth - kind of- the only time I EVER talked to her about Earth was at the very top of the Spaceship Earth ride at Epcot a few weeks ago... Wow! This child has the memory of an elephant! I'd really better watch what I say around her!)
