DisneyWorld from Steph's perspective

Kayley got her first visit pin!!!Waiting in line to get our tickets. The monorail to Magic Kingdom!!
We finally made it!!!Riding the Tomorrowland Transit Authority...
(formerly known as the WEDWAY People-mover)
The best ride in all of Tomorrowland.
Riding the Carousel in Fantasyland.
Spaceship Earth at Epcot. We "built our future."
Riding with Papa.
Epcot. Spaceship Earth. The big ball.
The Nemo Ride.
The stroller we rented at Disney was LAME. Save your money and just go buy an umbrella stroller. It worked a whole lot better. I complained and got my money back.
Aw. Dad with his favorite child. My brother Steven.
Playing at Journey into Imagination...
The dancing fountain. Yup, it squirted her right in the face several times.
She had a great time.
Waiting outside the Pub to go get some fish n' chips.
Nightime at Epcot.
Kayley with her Kanket.
She was so exhausted the whole trip.
I don't know why my kid can't crash like everybody elses?
We saw tons of kids in strollers just snooozing away...
but not Kayley....
Jenna.
Dad. He'll hate this pic, but I actually really like it.
I like to see my Dad smile and laugh.
Oh! look! Our new viking friends Kayley-venka and Stevenko.
Don't ask.
Me. One of the few pics that show that I was actually there.
I'm totally bummed that I didn't get any of my dads pics from his camera before I left.
Looking at Ducks in Animal Kingdom.
Self Portrait of our group.
Challenging to do with 6 people, but I managed.
Kayley as Cinderella. Hard to see, but Thanks to Gramma and Papa for buying the awesome tiara! We are getting ready to watch the parade.
Kayley got a lot of attention at all the parades. Probably because she is so stinkin' cute, she's 3 and she's dressed like Cinderella.
Kayley in prison with Zurg.
Autopia. I think Papa got whiplash from letting Kayley drive. She just kept ramming the car into the rail. Of course, I'm not so sure she could actually see over the steering wheel?
Aaaahhh... Dad was ok until he had to have the metal plate put in his head... Or on his head... or whatever he is doing. That is actually his ticket to ride the Rockets.
Wheee....! Kayley and I rode in front of Gramma & Papa.

Caution!
I mean seriously...who rides like that?
The gate to MGM-HollywoodStudios.
At Hollywood Studios.
It rained and rained the day we went to Hollywood studios.
Pizza Planet!
Kayley in her "ponch-no"
Uh...OK.

We played Kim Possible and helped stop crime during our stay in "France." We kept in touch with Kim and Ron via our "Kimmunicator!"
The bridge between the countries and Epcot center.
I had no clue that it went up. Did you?

AirTran Airways...

I wanted to do a quick posting to talk about AirTran Airways. I had never flown AirTran before, in fact, I had never even heard of them until this trip, but with the opening of the Branson airport we thought we'd give them a try.
First of all, the new Branson airport is awesome! Gorgeous, tiny and the people were all very friendly. We flew on a tiny little airplane. You had to walk outside on the tarmac then up a ramp to get on the plane. Very adventurous!

As we taxi'ed out of the Branson airport...it was incredible. Everybody who had worked with us at the gate, like the "ticket taker" lady, the guy who "has the orange sticks", the dude who took our stroller and put it "in the trunk", the guy who put the fuel in the plane, etc... Anyway, all of those people lined up on the tarmac and WAVED at us as we pulled away. It was awesome! Kayley was frantically waving at them through the airplane window. It was such a nice touch...so personal.
Flying with AirTran was a great experience and I'd totally recommend them anytime.
Oh, and don't forget your CARES aviation restraint 5point system for kids. MUCH better than traveling with a carseat on the plane and much safer than just a lapbelt for toddlers.

Cocoa Beach & Misc pics

Here are a handful of misc pics from our Orlando trip.
We went to Cocoa Beach our first night in Florida.
It was a gorgeous beach.
And chilly/windy.

Kayley collected about 30 shells for her "shell correction."
And yes, she fell in the water. Which was frigid. She started crying and I thought for sure she had a jellyfish or something down her shirt. I started freaking out and stripped her naked right there on the beach. Nope, she was just cold-no jellyfish...we wrapped her up in Papa's jacket and carried her back to the room.
Soaked...this was before she realized that the water was VERY cold.
Later on we drove down and saw the Disney Magic (or was it the Disney Wonder?) parked, waiting for guests to arrive. I would LOOOOVE to go on the Disney Cruise! Wouldn't you?
Port Canaveral on the Horizon. No space shuttle parked there today.
Aaahhh... Love, love, love Orlando.
Where else can you go find disney merchandise for super cheap in a tent?
Our time share in Orlando.
The pool. Wow!
Kayley was very sad when it was time to get out of the pool.
Uncle Steven & Aunt Jenna at the airport.
Kayley enjoyed wearing her various disney costumes.
Kayley and Uncle Steven spending some quiet time together.
Aunt Jenna bought Kayley this Bindi doll.
I love her.
Modest clothing, no skewed body image, and a postive message.
:D
She says things like, "Crikey! and "I love my family."
and "Lets go save the rainforest!"
Her shirt reads, "Extinct Stinks."
The Lego store...
Lego's in every shape and color. Wow!
And every little lego person ever made is hanging on the wall behind the register. See the magnifiying glass above the guys head? It gives you a closer look at whats back there.
Oh, the night we went to Marketplace to do our shopping, the rental mini-van's key fob wouldn't open the door. We were trapped and had to take a taxi home.
We rode back to the timeshare with a very cranky Jamaican taxi-driver.
They dropped us off at the door though and a bell-hop guy put us in a "stretch golf cart" and drove us to our building. It had a rain canopy that zipped. Kayley thought riding in the "zippy car" was awesome!
The next morning we called Daddy from the
airport and told him we were headed home!
