Mini Chicken Pot Pies - Yum!

Ok, a tried and true Weight Watcher friendly recipe. Mini Chicken Pot Pies.
It is a really really easy recipe:
1 cup cooked cubed chicken
1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup lowfat cheese (FF works ok too)
Mix all together in a bowl. (You can see from the photo I also added some cooked carrots)

You will also need one tube of the small refrigerator biscuits. Squish one biscuit each into the bottoms of a muffin tin. Scoop the mixture evenly on top and bake for about 20 minutes at 400!

  1. My daughter just asked me today to make chicken pot pie since she had it at a friend's house. This looks much easier than anything I was anticipating. Thanks for posting.
